On September 11, 2026, Kim Zolciak’s son, KJ Biermann, appeared in Georgia’s Fulton County Superior Court for his sexual assault case involving a female classmate. However, before Judge Melynee Leftridge could make a ruling in the bond hearing, Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy made a shocking revelation that nobody saw coming.
Caitlin revealed that investigators had previously found videos on the 15-year-old’s cellphone where he could be seen having sex with a family member. What made the matter worse is that the family member was reportedly under the age of 12.
