Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil’s Pushpa 2: The Rule was a massive hit upon its release last year. The film lived up to the hype of its prequel and turned a fan-favourite in no time. The songs of the Sukumaran directorial, too, made their way to everyone’s playlist.
Keeping up with the hype, the Pheelings song from the film was performed at half-time of NBA’s Houston Rockets vs Milwaukee Bucks. At the half-time break, dancers performed on the song, paying tribute to the film. They even recreated the hook steps of the song.

This is not the first time an Indian song is performed at the NBA half-time. Earlier, Mahesh Babu and Sreeleela’s Kurchi Madathapetti song from the film Guntur Kaaram was also performed.
Meanwhile, Pushpa 2 now has an extended version titled Pushpa 2 Reloaded which is streaming on Netflix. The film hit theatres on December 5 and earned over Rs 1831 crore worldwide. Pushpa 2 Reloaded comes with 23 minutes of additional footage added to Pushpa 2: The Rule, bringing its total runtime to 3 hours and 44 minutes.
Filmfare’s Review of Pushpa 2: The Rule
Filmfare rated the film 4/5 and said, “It is Allu Arjun’s film from start to finish, and it’s clear that he is at his most confident phase as an actor. He knows the character he is portraying is completely over the top and, at times, almost impossible, yet he carries it off with 100 per cent conviction. It’s this conviction that wins the audience over; what with viewers rooting for him throughout the film. He excels not only in action sequences but also in emotional moments. Furthermore, Allu Arjun remains one of the best dancers in Indian cinema, and his performance in the item song Kissik with Sreeleela is the cherry on top.”
