The bond between a mother and her daughter is always special. A girl always looks up to her mother for support, encouragement and inspiration. On the other hand, a mother always tries to ensure her daughter can do everything she couldn’t do. But that’s not the case with everyone, as recently, a new video of a mother-daughter duo from Haryana’s Hisar region made headlines. Unlike unconditional love, it showed an ugly side of the relationship as the daughter, Rita, was seen biting and beating her mom. Here’s why.

A new video that is making rounds online showcases a woman identified as Rita, assaulting her mother, Nirmala Devi. The setting in the video is supposedly from inside their home where the younger woman, perceived as the daughter, dressed in a casual T-shirt, thrashes her mother. She bites and beats her while the elder one, her mother, tries to evade it. She slapped her and yelled, “Will you live forever? You are forcing me to do this.” Nirmala Devi, dressed in a kurta pyjama, seeks mercy while crying over the attack. While harming her mother, she continues to say:
“I will drink your blood.”
