The Pitt became one of the most-loved medical series upon its January 2025 premiere. And now, with its return in Season 2, the show once again proved why it became so loved. Now, we have finally reached the finale at the Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Centre, and it was no less than a day from hell. What happened with ‘Dr Al-Hashimi’ in the finale of The Pitt Season 2
The Pitt Season 2 Episode 15 featured ‘Dr Al-Hashimi’ talking about a serious medical issue that could probably jeopardise her role as the head of the emergency department. However, after reviewing her medical records, ‘Robby’ confirmed that she has a seizure disorder caused by viral meningitis in childhood. While she has been seizure-free for over a year, she experienced two ‘absence seizures’, which are brief periods when the person ‘zones out’ for a few seconds, during her shift. One of which occurred earlier when she was reviewing a patient’s chart, and another while treating a child.
