For the past few months, Aamir was excited and nervous about his son’s theatrical debut with Loveyapa. But, when the film was released a couple of weeks ago, it failed to impress audiences at the box office. In a new interview, Aamir Khan opened up about the same.
Aamir Khan admits he was hurt after Loveyapa‘s failure
Aamir Khan was one of the biggest cheerleaders for his son, Junaid Khan’s film, Loveyapa, co-starring Khushi Kapoor. He recently sat down for an interview with ABP News and discussed the film’s poor box office performance. The Laal Singh Chaddha actor admitted he was hurt since his son’s film didn’t do well. For those unaware, Aamir was present at Loveyapa‘s trailer launch, went to promote the film on the Bigg Boss 18 finale’s set, and hosted a special screening for the film too. In his words:
