Aamir Khan, R Madhavan and Sharman Joshi’s movie, 3 Idiots, directed by Rajkumar Hirani, is evergreen. To date, ‘Rancho’, ‘Raju’ and ‘Farhan’s’ characters have been loved by cine lovers. In an old interview, an unknown person who claimed to have worked in the movie revealed explosive details. He claimed that Aamir was unhappy with Sharman and also spoke about everyone’s personality.
A cameo actor claimed Aamir Khan was not interested in working with Sharman Joshi
An old interview post on Reddit had gone viral where the person claimed of doing a small part in 3 Idiots. It was shot in IIM Bangalore Campus, and he happened to be there. So the casting director picked the man up for some filler parts. He was on the sets with all the leads for a couple of days. Out of all three, Madhavan was most chilled out. The unknown actor noted Madhavan had a sprained leg or something, so he would just sit between the shots and play random games with him and others. Going ahead he shared how Aamir was upset with Sharman’s unprofessional behaviour. In his words:
“But this guy Sharman was a prude. He would look down on everyone else. Was late to shoot. Aamir was unhappy with him. He even turned down giving autographs (pre phone cam era) while everyone else including Aamir were more than happy. Other people on sets like AD’s and other assistants didn’t have nice things to say about him. The AD mentioned that Aamir had mentioned that he would not be keen on working with Sharman in the future.”
