Rumours of a feud between Alpha‘s step-father-step-daughter duo, Alia Bhatt and Bobby Deol started after anonymous media reports claimed that they had a major fallout on the sets of their YRF Spy Universe film, Alpha. The reports alleged that the actors had some creative differences and ego clashes. Alia reportedly frequently gave creative suggestions to director, Shiv Rawail during shoots. The 57-year-old Bobby allegedly objected to Alia providing input for scenes that included him, leading to friction between them.
The tension between Alia and Bobby reportedly made others on the set uncomfortable, and it became so severe that producer, Aditya Chopra had to personally step in to mediate and ensure filming could proceed smoothly.
