Prateik Babbar’s decision to not invite his father, Raj Babbar to his wedding has raised several eyes. While everyone is happy for the actor, they still wonder why the actor cut off his father and half-sibblings, Arya and Juhi from his big day. Now, the actor’s half-brother, Arya has come forward to express his hurt over the same. In a conversation with Subhash K Jha, he stated that they must have failed Prateik as a family if he did not consider inviting them to the most special day of his life. He stated:
“Somewhere we as a family must have failed him. Not inviting other members of our family, my mother, my sister or me could be condonable: maybe we have failed him as a family, although we have never treated him as a stepbrother.”
