Pakistani singer Atif Aslam, who has also made a significant contribution to Bollywood, recently won the hearts of the audience during a live show in Dubai when he sang a track from Shah Rukh Khan’s film.
During his performance, the singer performed the track Dil Se Re from the film Dil Se starring SRK and Manisha Koirala. The song was originally composed by AR Rahman and sung by the maestro himself along with Annupamaa Krishnaswami, Anuradha Sriram and Febi Mani. Gulzar penned the lyrics.
Atif shared a snippet of his performance on social media and wrote, “Some master pieces y’all wanted to hear LEKIN Dil hai to dard bhi to ho ga na ….P.s Thank you for loving Channa #borderlessworld #atifaslam #aadeez #dubai.”
Atif Aslam is known for his songs both in India and Pakistan. He debuted in the Bollywood industry by singing a track from the film, Zeher. The last Bollywood song he lent his voice to was Kaise Hua from the film Kabir Singh.
