Ayushmann Khurrana’s wife, Tahira Kashyap recently shared with her fans that her breast cancer relapsed for the second time after seven years. It was in 2018 when the filmmaker was first diagnosed with the same, and in 2020, after undergoing multiple chemotherapies, she became cancer-free. Amid, her battle with breast cancer for the second time, Tahira took to her Instagram handle to share her first picture after being diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time.

Tahira has been undergoing a new round of chemotherapies and treatments as her breast cancer relapsed. Amid all of this, Tahira took to her Instagram handle a while back to share a sweet selfie where she was seen wearing black specks and holding a sunflower. In her Instagram post, Tahira wrote a long note expressing gratitude to her followers and fans. She shared in her sweet note that she has come back home and her road to recovery has already started. Tahira’s note read:
“Basking in all the love and prayers! They are magical. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Back home and recovering. I know some of you who are praying and so many whom I don’t know and yet I receive all your goodness with grace, similarly some of you know me and others might not but I send all my gratitude to all of you. And when such a connection is made which is beyond actual relationship it’s called Humanity which is the highest form of spirituality.”
