BLACKPINKâs Rosé Shuts Down Rumours of Rift Within The Group

BLACKPINK’s Rosé has shut down speculations about rifts within the group. During her appearance at the Call Her Daddy podcast, the singer spoke about her connection with fellow bandmates Jennie, Jisoo and Lisa. She shared that their relationship is not stressful. It has only grown stronger despite the members staying apart the past year and creating their solo identities as artistes.

Opening up on her close connection with the members, she said, “We’re best friends. We are sisters. We’re like family. We’re colleagues. What else could you say? What else is on the table?”

She further explained, “It’s really all of that combined. I do agree that it is a very unique relationship that we have, but over time, more layers have been added on to the type of relationship we have, but even more so, I think it feels more solid.”

Rosé also noted that distance helped them appreciate each other more. She said, “As I’ve actually had that one year apart from the girls, which we were very much apart – everyone was so busy flying around the world, like we couldn’t tell who was where – we’ve also created unique experiences outside of BLACKPINK after sharing all of that together and growing together.”

She noted that they experienced the world individually in the past year. “But to come back with those experiences, there’s nothing better to feel like there’s somebody that understands exactly how you might have felt or what you feel. It is a unique experience, as everyone has their own even my actual family doesn’t understand what I feel sometimes. There are so much in my life that BLACKPINK understands,” Rosé quipped.

BLACKPINK’s most recent Deadline World Tour kicked off on July 5, 2025. It began with two opening shows at Goyang Stadium in South Korea, marking the group’s return to large-scale stadium concerts. The tour travelled across Asia, North America and Europe, with major stops including Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto and New York in the US and Canada; Paris, Milan, Barcelona and London (Wembley Stadium) in Europe; and Asian cities such as Kaohsiung, Bangkok, Jakarta, Bulacan, Singapore and Tokyo. After months on the road, the tour concluded on a high note with its final shows at Kai Tak Stadium in Hong Kong, ending on January 26, 2026, reinforcing BLACKPINK’s global pull and stadium-dominating status.
