The much-anticipated film Chhaava has unveiled the first look of actress Rashmika Mandanna in her role as Queen Yesubai, the wife of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. The film, directed by Laxman Utekar marks the first collaboration between Rashmika and Vicky.
The makers dropped two posters of Mandanna looking regal. The text reads, “Behind every great king, there stands a queen of unmatched strength. Introducing @rashmika_mandanna as Maharani Yesubai – the pride of Swarajya.”

Chhaava is touted to be an intense historical action film centred around the life of Sambhaji Maharaj, the son of the legendary Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The movie is based on the Marathi book of the same name by author Shivaji Sawant.
The trailer of Chhaava is set to drop on Wednesday, giving audiences a closer look at the historical saga.
The film is slated for release on February 14, 2025.
