‘Chhaava’: South Indian Actor And Hindi Actress Were Allegedly The First Choices, Not Vicky-Rashmika

Reportedly, this movie has collected Rs. 286.75 crore at the box office so far. Vicky and Rashmika did proper justice to their respective roles, which led the audience to scream at the top of their lungs. Well, while Chhaava is breaking records, a recent report claimed that Vicky and Rashmika were not the first choices for the lead roles. Recently, a report by The Siasat Daily revealed that the role of ‘Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj’ was not first offered to Vicky Kaushal but to South Indian superstar, Mahesh Babu. Reportedly, he showed a bit of little interest in the movie, after which Vicky got the role, which he had taken and proved his mettle with his masterclass performance.
