A 31-year-old Florida woman, Brittany Clark, had her weekend trip turn out to be a nightmare, as she lost her life while she was swimming with her beau and best friend at the Econlockhatchee River at Little Big Econ State Forest. Reports claimed that Brittany was in three-foot-deep water when a ‘monstrous’ gator came out of the water and attacked her, completely ripping off one of her arms.
Brittany’s boyfriend called 911 after the horrible attack, and when she was on the way to the hospital, she passed away from her injuries, as shared by the officials. The recent report has been dominating the headlines, and the question is whether or not Brittany and her companions did something to provoke the gator.
Did Brittany Clark and her boyfriend provoke the alligator? What might have led the gator to attack so horribly
Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission spokesperson Chad Weber recently revealed that Brittany’s boyfriend and best friend were with him, and they stopped hiking and swimming. Brittany was bitten on both of her arms, and it was her boyfriend who called the rescue team. Chad Weber also revealed that there were no signs of the group behaving maliciously that could have provoked the alligator.
