Mackenzie Shirilla has approached Ohio Supreme court to review her double murder conviction
As per the latest reports, Mackenzie has appealed to the Supreme Court to review her double murder conviction. As per TMZ, Mackenzie’s lawyers filed the appeal, alleging that “there is medical evidence” that Shirilla “suffered from a pre-existing medical condition that could have caused her to black out while driving.” They also urge the court to investigate the case again. The court has not yet ruled whether or not it will hear Mackenzie’s case.
