During the April 6, 2026, episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, Drew got candid about her body insecurities after embracing motherhood. The host was having a conversation with a mother of four who had recently lost 75 pounds. For the unversed, Drew welcomed her first daughter in 2012 and welcomed her second daughter in 2014. She had two C-sections. Drew admitted that she really relates to body transformation, especially after having two children. The host highlighted that, as she had two C-sections, her body had changed in such a way that she couldn’t wear certain outfits. Drew added that once she felt very insecure and didn’t want people to notice her. She was quoted as saying:
“It’s so related. I really did. The other day, I was walking down the street … and I’ve had two C-sections and I’m so wrecked down there that I permanently just … I can’t wear a lot of different types of pants. I had this shorter shirt on, and I couldn’t keep my jacket closed. And I’m walking around and I was [thinking], I don’t want anyone to see this.”
