So, but if he is not comfortable in doing it then we all are missing out. But I feel even for him, he must feel comfortable with that. And that’s okay.” She continued, “If the same thing with female you know like there is an understanding that we all agree that we work in an industry where you look good, you wear beautiful clothes, and it’s supposed to be beautiful or sexy or sensual, whatever, you know that character is supposed to be.”

She believes that open and honest conversations are key, saying, “I learn that very early on that the best thing to do is let talk about it. Let’s let all out on the table what do you want, what are your expectations, what are you looking for me, let’s agree on it, and let’s not deter from this agreement and you know everybody is happy.” This approach, she believes, helps avoid misunderstandings and creates a smoother working environment for everyone involved.
