Mohit Suri has been in the news since his directorial Saiyaara starring Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda became one of the biggest hits of all time last year. The film was made with two newcomers who made their presence felt from the first day itself. Mohit Suri made sure he promoted the film before its release and has recently been snapped attending several events with the cast of Saiyaara.
However, now it’s time to move ahead to a different project as sources confirm that Suri is doing his next with Yash Raj Films. Our sources confirmed and said, “Casting is on for the female lead of Mohit Suri’s next.” The film apparently stars Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role and we are super stoked to find out who the female lead will be.
Mohit Suri has earlier directed films like Kalyug, Zeher, Raaz: The Mystery Continues, Murder 2, Aashiqui 2 and more. The director is known for his romantic films and it would be exciting to film out if Ranbir Kapoor’s next will be on the same lines.
Ranbir Kapoor is currently busy shooting for Love & War. Post which he has Ramayana lined up. Reports also suggest that he will be seen in Dhoom 4, but nothing has been confirmed officially.
