According to Bryttni Cimo, Alex Cimo died suddenly on June 2, 2026, after a long battle with stage 4 colon cancer. The gaming influencer was open about his health battle and shared updates about his cancer journey through his social media handle. In fact, just a month before his death, Alex had shared an emotional update. He stated that he “refused to accept his fate” even after doctors initially told him that he had only a few days left to live. Initially, Alex had shared his medical history with ulcerative colitis.
