Gaurav Taneja admits he was shocked when Ritu Rathee informed him about her decision to quit

Gaurav Taneja recently participated in an interaction with entrepreneur, Azhar Iqubal at IIT Delhi. During the conversation, Gaurav recalled how his wife, Ritu Rathee‘s decision to quit social media helped him understand the actual meaning of success in life. He revealed that his wife, Ritu, was also an influencer on social media, with nearly 2 million followers on her Instagram handle. But, when she informed him about her decision to quit actively posting on the platform, he was left off-guard. In his words: 

“Last year, she came to me and said, ‘I don’t want this’. She was the number one mom influencer in the country. Now, if you will go check her profile, she puts about one post in six months.” At first, I was shocked by her decision. I told her, ‘You are wasting this profile’.”
