Salman Khan is gearing up for the release of Sikandar. During a press meet about the same, the actor opened up about his age gap with younger actresses and fans’ reactions to him thinking of working with the likes of Ananya Panday and Janhvi Kapoor. While speaking to people from the media, Khan spoke extensively about difficulties of working with the newer generation. However, the actor also noted that he would want to work with them despite audiences’ reactions.

During the trailer launch of the movie, Salman was asked about the age gap between Rashmika and him and his answer had gone viral. Talking about the same, he said, “When the heroine doesn’t have a problem, why do you have a problem? When she gets married and has a daughter, I will work even with her daughter. Mom will give permission.”

He had also praised the actress for her dedication. He noted, “Rashmika was shooting for Pushpa 2 till 7 pm. She would come to Sikandar set at 9 pm and shoot with us till 6:30 am, and then go back to Pushpa. She was not well also. After breaking her leg, she continued to shoot, didn’t cancel a day. In many ways, she reminds me of a younger me.”
