Did Hilary Duff address her alleged long-standing feud with her sister, Haylie Duff, through her new song, We Don’t Talk?
Hilary Duff sang the new song, We Don’t Talk at London’s O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, which is part of her forthcoming album, luck… or something. During the show, the American singer debuted three songs from the album. However, it was the lyrics of We Don’t Talk that grabbed a lot of attention. Hilary seemed to be addressing her long-standing feud with her sister, Haylie Duff and their current equation in the first stanza of the song. The lyrics of the first verse can be read as:
“Don’t know when it happened / Not even sure what it was about. Cause we come from the same home, same blood. People ask me how you’re doing / I wanna say amazing, but the truth is that I don’t know / What I always end up saying is how. We don’t talk, we don’t talk about it / We don’t talk about anything anymore.”
