Huma Qureshi has recently joined the cast of Delhi Crime, which is gearing up for its third season. According to a report by a leading Hollywood portal, the drama is currently in post-production.
Qureshi has reportedly stepped into the role of the show’s most formidable antagonist yet. She is set to go up against Shefali Shah’s character DCP Vartika Chaturvedi.
In a statement, Qureshi said, “I was delighted and honoured when the makers approached me to play the antagonist for the third season of this internationally acclaimed show. I hope we continue to entertain the audience with the show’s third instalment.”
Directed by Tanuj Chopra, the new season will also see the return of Rasika Dugal and Rajesh Tailang. The release date hasn’t been confirmed yet.
