Husband reveals his and his father’s health condition as wife demands a huge amount of Rs. 20 lakh as alimony
Recently, an incident related to the common issue of alimony happened yet again. Law Beat’s IG page recently shared a video, wherein a hearing between an estranged couple was seen going on. The advocate of the husband claimed that his father is a cancer patient. The husband then clarified that while his father is ill, he also has an issue with his heart, and he needs to get his surgery done. He then pleaded to the judge to see his medical reports from Apollo and AIIMS to prove his claims. He also added that when the budget was Rs. 10K, then his salary was not that much.
