Bollywood star Akshay Kumar is all set to star in Kannappa. The pan-India film has a star-studded ensemble cast led by Vishnu Machu. It includes Madhoo, Mohanlal, Prabhas, Kajal Aggarwal and others. At the film’s teaser launch today, Akshay joined Madhoo, Visnhu and director Mukesh Kumar Singh.
Akshay Kumar looked as handsome as ever arriving for the Kannappa teaser launch. He opted for a simple yet sophisticated ensemble. The actor paired a fitted grey sweatshirt with wide-legged grey pants. The colour-coordinated look was paired with open-toed black shoes.
Madhoo flaunted her evergreen beauty at the teaser launch of Kannappa. The actress wore a sequined high-neck black blouse. She paired it with tailored black pants with a flared hem. For her makeup look, Madhoo kept it simple save for a pop of colour with a bright red lip.
Vishnu Machu who is the lead in Kannappa looked effortlessly cool at the event. He wore a black T-shirt layered under a grey jacket. He paired the look with white pants. His look was complete with slicked-back hair and a pair of black sneakers.

Kannappa marks Akshay Kumar’s Telugu debut
Kannappa will be Akshay Kumar’s highly anticipated Telugu-language film debut. The film will see Akshay play Lord Shiva. Earlier, Vishnu Machu opened up about his collaboration with Akshay saying, “I didn’t have a personal connection with Akshay Kumar. But I am grateful to have met him through this film. He’s a wonderful human being. I am a junior to him as an actor and I have a lot to learn from him. When he walked into the set, I learned much more. People like Mr Akshay Kumar inspire people just by being who they are. Today he’s one of the biggest superstars in the country. There are many other actors in the country who came along with him. But not everyone became a superstar. He sustained and that happened because of his discipline and his love for the craft. I have to learn that from him.”
