In the caption, she announced the death of Lulu while adding that she and her husband are utterly broken. She further mentioned that Lulu has passed away peacefully, surrounding her loved and close ones. The comment section got filled with heartbreaking comments from the followers who used to follow the little one and her journey with her health battle.
