Recently, in an interview with Lehren TV, Juhi Babbar recalled her relationship with Smita Patil. She revealed that her father, Raj Babbar, informed her about his relationship with Smita Patil when she was barely seven. She could clearly see how Smita Patil showered love on her and her brother. She treated them well as she knew they were the kids of the man she loved. Talking about the bond, Juhi said:
“Aaj bhi jo meri memories hai unko lekar vo bahut alag hai. Or sirf memories nai, mujhe her ek incident yaad hai she has gone out of her way to do things for me. Toh vo tha unme ki yeh Raj ke bache hai, yeh us insaan ke bacche hai jo mere liye khass hai. Or yeh bacche uske liye khaas hai.”
