According to reports, Kylie is being sued by her former housekeeper for a number of allegations, such as harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination. The news of the lawsuit comes just after the reality TV star wrapped up two weekends of partying at Coachella.

According to a complaint obtained by People, the former housekeeper who is suing Kylie Jenner is named Angelica Vazquez. Reportedly, she filed the lawsuit against the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star as well as two companies, Tri Star Services and Madison Family Services, on Friday, April 17, 2026. In the complaint obtained by the publication, Angelica details her employment period, which was the duration of about one year, from September 2024 to August 2025. Allegedly, Angelica was “treated with hostility and exclusion” from day one. It is worth noting that in the filing, Kylie Jenner has not been called out for any behaviour but has been listed as a defendant.
