One of fashion industry’s biggest events, Lakme Fashion Week, began on March 26, 2025. While the event promises a fashionable extravaganza, the opening act was nothing less than splendid. Ananya Panday turned showstopper for the first fashion show of the event. She walked for designer Anamika Khanna and looked stunning in a edgy ensemble from her Silver Collar collection by AK|OK.
What did Ananya wear at Lakme Fashion Week?
She wore a stunning silver bralette with metal and chain detailing. The intricate detailing gave an edge to the ancient warrior’s armour. She paired it with blue high-waisted flared pants. The pants came in with silver embellishments and beautiful zari work. Ananya chose a bold makeup look for the night, with winged eyes and brown lip shade. She kept her eyeshadow look subtly smokey. She completed her look with stunning silver bangles and kept her hair in a clean bun.

Ananya Panday’s take on her showstopping ensemble
Speaking to Filmfare, Ananya Panday shared more about her dress. “I’m wearing AK|OK. I’m wearing an outfit from the Silver Collar collection. It makes me feel like a warrior princess. I feel very strong and have this armour going,” she said. Ananya also mentioned, “I always listen to Fashion Ka Jalwa before walking the ramp. Today I was watching the match, so I almost didn’t listen to it. But then I listened to the song, because I feel if I don’t listen to it, something bad may happen (Laughs).”
