As per the recent complaint, John Doe mentioned that it was on last May when he joined as VP/Director, and in the following month, Lorna was appointed to the team in a senior role. As per John, it began one day when Lorna dropped a pen next to his desk, squeezed his calf while picking it up, and made a comment. John Doe mentioned that following this incident, the advances started to grow, and it became more frequent.
