Love Island USA fans had been demanding that the Miami native be removed from the villa following the video and comments of her using a racial slur resurfaced online. And it seems that the makers heard the fans loud and clear. In a conversation with The US Sun, an insider revealed that the producers had edited Alannah out of episodes as much as possible after they were already pre-taped. They added:
“Producers edited Alannah out as much as possible from episodes that were pre-taped before the resurfaced racial slur video was exposed. She couldn’t be removed completely, but her scenes were significantly trimmed down in Tuesday’s episode.”
