Mika Singh recalls his gatecrashing episode at Bachchan’s Diwali Party
Mika Singh harbours immense admiration for Amitabh Bachchan, and he has mentioned this at numerous events. Recently, in a candid conversation with The Lallantop, the singer recalled the time he gatecrashed Big B’s popular Diwali party at Jalsa without an invitation. Being fascinated with the stunning decorations of the party, Mika used to pass by the megastar’s house every year, eager to get invited once. One year, unable to hold his curiosity any longer, he decided to gatecrash the party. Mika shared:
“Every year, Mr Bachchan would celebrate Diwali at his house, and I would pass by and admire all the decorations. I always wanted to be invited. I had a big car, a Hummer, so I entered his house without an invitation once. I took a couple of rounds and exited. I used to invite him to my shows. I would send him messages, and he would reply, ‘God bless you.’”
