During the 2026 NFL Draft, Mike Vrabel was present for the first two days; however, he missed Day 3, which is Rounds 4-7. Reportedly, he missed it as he had to go for family counseling. This decision didn’t sit well with the NFL executive, who went on to slam him. The executive shared that Mike’s counseling could have waited for 24 hours. According to a report by Pro Football Network, the NFL executive said:
“More than half the draft happens on the last day, so that’s not the day to miss.”
