A while back, it was the Los Angeles Dodgers star, Shohei, who took to his Instagram handle to share the joyous news of their second baby arrival. The MLB star also shared the first glimpse of his newborn child.

A while back, Shohei Ohtani took to his Instagram handle to announce that his second baby with his wife, Mamiko Tanaka, has arrived. The MLB star also missed the Dodgers game scheduled on June 19, 2026, in anticipation of the birth of his second baby. Along with a text-filled image note, Shohei shared an adorable snap featuring the feet of the newborn. However, he has not revealed the gender of his second baby. In the note, Shohei expressed his gratitude to everyone who supported them throughout this journey. His note can be read as:
“We are again overjoyed to experience this wonderful day in our lives together. Thank you for being born safely. We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported us throughout this journey. Shohei, Mamiko.”
