Interestingly, Neena played a middle-aged pregnant woman in Badhaai Ho (2018). She becomes pregnant by accident in the movie. Netizens were smart enough to connect the dots and speculate that a baby bump was visible under the ivory-hued outfit, designed by her daughter, Masaba Gupta. Now, Neena is not pregnant, and in an interview with Bollywood Hungama, she joked and said:
