Nic Smith’s Cause Of Death Revealed, Kentucky Lineman Was Discovered Unresponsive In Residence Hall

The football world has been expressing grief over the death of Nic Smith. A defensive lineman for Kentucky, the news of his demise was first confirmed on June 8, 2026. Coach Will Stein later paid tribute to him on X (formerly Twitter), with a statement, saying that their thoughts and prayers are with all those who were close to Smith over the years. Will even described Nic’s death as a big loss for the University of Kentucky, adding that they will keep supporting each other.
