Nita, recently in an interview with Bloomberg, shared how her three talented children- Akash, Isha, and Anant took up roles in the Reliance company based on their line of interest. She revealed that the reason why the Ambanis are successful is because she has always allowed her kids to make their own choices in their lives, which she felt was of utmost importance. Nita shares she was never a controlling parent who governed her rules on the career decisions of her children. She said:
“I didn’t decide. They decided. It is such a pleasure to have a daughter who shares the same values and belief system. Seeing her as a woman leader in Reliance Retail brings me so much pride.”
