Nita Ambani’s Rs. 500 crore emerald and diamond necklace
This enormous emerald and diamond studded set was worn by Nita Ambani at Anant and Radhika’s hastakshar ceremony in Jamnagar and is said to be valued between Rs. 500-600 crores. According to the reports, the set took about 3 years to make. With two gigantic emeralds, the centrepiece emerald weighs a whopping 863 carats. If the reports are to be believed, the emerald was not subjected to any refinement to preserve its rarity and was simply embedded in its natural state. The necklace also features 52-carat diamonds, which are said to be from the Mughal era.
