In his personal life, Novak got married to his childhood sweetheart, Jelena Djokovic, after dating for several years. The couple is parents to two kids, a son, Stefan, and a daughter, Tara. Novak Djokovic faced a physical challenge during the third-round match at the Australian Open 2025, but he still won with a 6-1, 6-4, 6-4 score against Thomas Machac. Well, during his post-match interview, when he conversed, a seemingly drunk fan kept passing comments on the Serbian tennis player. Novak seemingly felt annoyed and he hit back at the fan by stating that he has a wife. He also took a small dig at the fan by mentioning that he wonders if that person may have had a couple of drinks already. Novak can be heard saying:
“Sorry mate. I have a wife. We can have a drink though. Maybe you’ve had a few already.”
