The blockbuster success of 2025 film OG, starring Pawan Kalyan, left the audiences wanting more! And the makers of the gangster drama have officially confirmed that the sequel is very much on the cards. Pawan Kalyan’s team provided an update and stated, “As promised, he will. The timing, he will let us know. Once (writer and director) Sujeeth Sign returns from abroad, we will discuss.” The first OG that released eight months ago, emerged as the biggest film of Pawan Kalyan’s career in terms of collections. Naturally, expectations for the sequel are massive. However, confirming a project and taking it to the sets are two very different things. The road ahead for the actor-politician is going to be challenging.
Tremendous responsibilities
Today, Pawan Kalyan is not just a film star. He is a deputy Chief minister and is one of the most influential political leaders of Andhra Pradesh.
