The story of Peddi revolves around a young villager named ‘Peddi’ (played by Ram Charan) who is a sought-after cricketer. He is so good at cricket that teams from Vizianagaram and Bobbili compete to hire him, and they are ready to pay any amount for his services. However, it was ‘Gournaidu’ (played by Shiva Rajkumar) who offered ‘Peddi’ something bigger with kusthi. ‘Peddi’ grabs this opportunity and even risks alienating himself from his own people.
