Boney Kapoor’s daughter Anshula Kapoor is officially married! She tied the knot with her longtime partner Rohan Thakkar on July 6 in the presence of their close friends and family members. Anshula took to social media to share dreamy photos from their intimate yet beautiful ceremony.
For her big day, Anshula looked radiant in a coral lehenga adorned with intricate gold embroidery and zari work. She paired it with two dupattas, one draped over her head and the other styled across her shoulder. She completed her look with traditional jewellery, including a maang tikka, a statement choker, a layered necklace, matching earrings, bangles and a floral garland.
Rohan complemented her in an ivory sherwani embellished with subtle sequins. He paired it with matching trousers, a coordinated stole draped over his shoulders and a traditional turban.
The photos capture several heartwarming moments from the ceremony, including the couple taking the pheras and walking hand in hand. One particularly touching picture shows Anshula’s half-sisters Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor standing beside the couple as Rohan applies sindoor to Anshula’s forehead, with Khushi gently helping Anshula. Another romantic snap captures the newlyweds gazing into each other’s eyes while holding hands.
Among the many emotional moments was a photograph of Anshula’s late mother, Mona Shourie Kapoor, placed beside the couple during the wedding rituals.
