Prabhas hasn’t lost momentum after the underwhelming response to his last release, The Raja Saab. The superstar has already moved on and is actively planning his upcoming projects. While he is currently working on Hanu Raghavapudi’s directorial Fauzi, Prabhas has also commenced shooting for director Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Spirit.

Prabhas met Dinjith Ayyathan
As part of his ambitious plans to collaborate with filmmakers from diverse genres, Prabhas recently met Malayalam director Dinjith Ayyathan in Hyderabad. The two met over dinner at Prabhas’s residence, with the meeting reportedly arranged by Hombale Films, the production house behind Kantara and the KGF franchise. It was the first time the actor and the filmmaker met, and they reportedly exchanged a few story ideas.
After the meeting, Dinjith shared the update on social media and made a special mention of the famous prawn biryani served by Prabhas. “Meeting with superstar Prabhas. A wonderful evening filled with great conversations, laughter, and a lovely dinner. Truly loved the prawn biryani! Thank you, Prabhas sir, for the amazing hospitality and for making it such a warm and memorable evening. Also grateful to Vijay sir, Hombale Films,” Dinjith wrote.

Prabhas’s line-up of films
While Prabhas is simultaneously working on Spirit and Fauzi, he also has Salaar 2, directed by Prashanth Neel, in the pipeline. The superstar is also reportedly planning to schedule another film with Malayalam director Dinjith Ayyathan soon.
Prabhas has reportedly signed a three-film deal with Hombale Films, with Salaar: Part 1 being the first project. Fans therefore speculate that a potential collaboration with Dinjith could be the second film under that agreement.
Known for Malayalam films such as Kakshi: Amminippilla, Kishkindha Kaandam and Eko, Dinjith is also a VFX artist recognised for crafting atmospheric thrillers. His meeting with Prabhas has certainly sparked excitement among fans, who are now curious about the actor’s next collaboration.
