Mulayam Singh Yadav’s son, Prateek Yadav, has passed away, leaving everyone shocked. The former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister’s younger son died on the morning of May 13, 2026. While the cause of his death is yet to be released, the late businessman’s gym partner has now revealed some updates about what happened in the hours before his sudden death.
Prateek Yadav passed away at the age of 38
Son of former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Mulayam Singh Yadav and husband of BJP leader, Aparna Yadav, Prateek Yadav passed away in the early hours of May 13, 2026. However, the cause of his death is still unclear. According to the Civil Hospital director, Dr GP Gupta, the businessman passed away at the age of 38 around 6 a.m. on Wednesday. He confirmed Prateek’s death and said that it was around 5 a.m. that they received the information that he was unwell, following which a team of doctors rushed to his residence. He was quoted as saying:
“When the doctors reached there, his condition appeared critical. He was brought to the hospital, and despite all efforts by the medical team, he was declared dead at 5:55 a.m.”
