Legendary filmmaker, Priyadarshan and his ex-wife, Lissy Lakshmi were separated for more than a decade. However, recently the ex-pair decided to give themselves and also their relationship another chance. Well, ever since Priyadarshan and his ex-wife, Lissy Lakshmi, were seen at the wedding of legendary director, Sibi Malayil’s son in 2025, there has been speculation that they will reunite.
Priyadarshan confirms patching up with his ex-wife, Lissy Lakshmi
Priyadarshan, in an interview with Mid Day, confirmed patching up with his ex-wife, Lissy Lakshmi. Neither of them was bound by the institution of marriage, and except for a marriage certificate, they have been living the same life together. A source close to the couple also told the publication that Mammootty had met the pair in Chennai. The source revealed:
“Now the reunion is official. After hearing news of them patching up, Mammootty asked them to come to Priyadarshan’s studio in Chennai where he was dubbing. The actor has known both closely as he worked with Lissy on several films, and has been directed by Priyan. He told them that he was happy to see them together again.”
