Saif Ali Khan had earlier filed a plea against the government’s decision to declare his 15 thousand crore property as ‘enemy property’ and take control over it. But, his plea was dismissed, and the Madhya Pradesh High Court gave his family a 30-day window from December 13, 2024 to file an appeal against it in the appellate tribunal. But they haven’t taken any action yet.
