Saif Ali Khan’s fans were in shock along with the entire B-town as on January 16, 2025, he was stabbed in his Bandra apartment by an intruder. The actor sustained six wounds during his fight with the intruder. Recently, the photo of the intruder was released, and he was seen climbing down the rare stairs of the actor’s home. Amid police probing every angle in this matter, a recent report claimed something that possibly hinted at the case being a robbery, as it’s reported that the attacker demanded ransom before stabbing the actor.

Recently, a report by NDTV shared that the intruder was looking to burgle Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s apartment. Reportedly, he entered the compound via an adjacent. It was one of the house helps of Saif and Kareena, Eliyama Phillipes, who first spotted the intruder and confronted him. Well, the intruder then reportedly demanded Rs. 1 crore ransom. Following the same incident, the house help started screaming, and it alarmed Saif, who then fought the intruder, and was stabbed six times during the process. During the fight, a 2.5-inch piece of the knife broke off and lodged in the actor’s spine.
