The Pataudi family has released an official statement after actor Saif Ali Khan was attacked by intruders. As per the statement, “There was an attempted burglary at Mr Saif Ali Khan’s residence. He is currently in hospital undergoing a surgery. We request the media and fans to be patient. It is a police matter. We will keep you updated on the situation.”
As per his team, the actor was helping his family members descend the stairs when the attack took place. He intervened and put himself between the intruder and his family.
Meanwhile, Saif Ali Khan is at the Lilavati Hospital where he is currently undergoing treatment.
