The documents related to the divorce settlement were obtained by PEOPLE on April 6, 2026. The documents that were filed in the Los Angeles County Superior Court stated that Sia has to pay child support of USD 42,500 per month to Dan Bernad. The process has already started on April 1, 2026. Notably, Sia has to follow the orders until her son, Somersault Wonder Bernad, turns 18 or becomes a high school student, followed by his graduation, or turns 19.
