Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha recently sold her upscale flat in Mumbai’s Bandra West for Rs 22.50 crore. The sale was documented in January 2024. Bandra is known for its prime location and excellent connectivity, making it a sought-after area in the city.
The apartment was part of the 81 Auriate complex, featuring spacious 4 BHK residences. Sonakshi’s flat had a carpet area of 4,211 sq ft and came with three parking spaces. The sale involved a stamp duty of Rs 1.35 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
Sonakshi had originally purchased the flat in March 2020 for Rs 14 crore, making a 61% profit with the recent Rs 22.50 crore sale. IGR records reveal she still owns another apartment in the same complex, though the reasons for selling this property remain unclear.
Debuting in 2010 with the hit film Dabangg, Sonakshi gained widespread recognition. She has since acted in movies like Lootera and Mission Mangal. In addition to her acting career, she co-founded the beauty brand SOEZI, specializing in press-on nails.
